 Anya Hindmarch - I'm Not a Plastic Bag
I’m Not A Plastic Bag is a reusable bag that can be used for shopping, the gym, the beach, school etc. The main objective of this bag is actually to use Anya Hindmarch's influence in a positive way, to make it fashionable to not use plastic bags. The bag is a stylish, practical, and reusable. Alternative Anya Hindmach hoped that this bag would raise awareness of the issue of wasted packaging and spark debate.
I’m Not A Plastic Bag was made in China. Anya Hindmarch worked with a reputable
supplier there, whose workers are paid double the minimum wage and complies
with all aspects of Chinese Labour Law. The factory also retains external
consultants to monitor it from an international standards standpoint.
The simply constructed tote designed by Anya Hindmarch originally sold
for £5 in the UK. Intended to inspire consumers to be more
environmentally conscious the bag is more than a ‘bag’, it has become a
fashion phenomenon. The movement was initially created on behalf of the
non-profit organization, We Are What We Do, which believes that small
actions of many people can bring a big change. Currently, the bag is
sold out at Anya Hindmarch boutiques in the UK.

Experience with L'Oreal Paris
L'Oreal Paris is a series of product that I've use for quite a long time, with a lot of struggles. Met quite a few products that didn't work out for me, and yet still cause trouble on my skin. But they are not all are as bad...at least they cause me to learn more about my skin condition and start looking out for products that won't cause me the same problem. It's what I call a 'starter kit' of mine...a series of product that started my cosmetic hunt. But after all, there still a few of their product I would think it's fair and fine to use. Other than that, I would say I really had enough with this brand and would not actually go back.

L'Oreal WHITE PERFECT Re-Lighting Whitening Facial Foam is a rich foam cleans any dirt on your face with comfort feeling.

How I Like It:
It's a normal facial wash I could say...It somehow did kept my skin fair, but the results are minimal...I couldn't say I love it, but I don't hate it either. A fair product.

How I Like It:
Just can't forget the refreshing feeling this product gave everytime I wash my face. I don't really know is it the mint ingredient in it or it's aroma, but everytime I wash with this product, everything seems to just start anew. It cleans your face through enough and fresh feelings will come after the wash, you'll feel just so great. A very recommended product of L'Oreal for blemish breakers.

One of my favourite L'Oreal product. It kept my skin fair, smooth and refreshing. Still could be in my cosmetic list in the future. Just love using it somehow.

How I Like It:
One of the eye cream that causes oil seeds on my face...guess it was too oily or something like that. Wonder was it the cream itself, or the SPF...? Anyway, didn't get to finish the whole thing, and left to throw almost half a tube.

How I Like It:
It work fine at first, everything went fine. But after a few usage, it causes oil seeds to appear. Discarded almost the whole bottle.

How I Like It:I wonder is it L'Oreal's eye cream or is it just me? The same brand, 3 different series of eye cream, causes the same problem. Oil seeds. Guess they just don't suit my skin...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

How I Like It:
My favourite product of L'Oreal Paris skincare series. It really serve it's purpose of 'watering' my skin, keep them healthy, clean and fresh. I reckon this would be the most worth buying product of L'Oreal Paris skincare after all.

How I Like It:
This product did work...for the first bottle. Not really obvious result from the second bottle...so it's either I've reached my 'maximum white' or it just can't help me no more...

...well, a bit tired here to repeat the same criticizes...but sad to say that this is another oil-seed causing product. It's just too oily to act as a makeup base or a pure sunblock. Makes my skin feel so oily and heavy. And yea, once I stand under the sun with it, I'll feel my whole face oil-melting!

How I Like It:
This would be my first oil-cleansing makeup removal. I would say that this is an 'ok' product...it removes makeup completely and has a real nice aroma with it. If you're looking for a cheaper version of Shu Uemura, this would definitely be the one!! ...just one thing...for the last I remember, I've thrown away half a bottle of this cleasing oil...because after some heat (I think...cause one day I just brought it out to fulfill my duty as an makeup artist, and after that...), the colour changes from purple to green...and I wonder why...What I guess was some ingredients in it may have been 'allergic' to heat or something like that...So...use it at your own risk, girls...!!

How I Like It:
Here comes my favourite brand for now...Clarins!! Yea, I don't fall in love with a product or brand just for the sake of it's famous-ity or just for the sake of falling in love with them. So, let me tell you what's so great about this makeup removal. Firstly, it's seriosuly convenient to remove makeups without the need of getting near to the toilet nor the sink! Just use a cotton piece, dap this makeup removal on it, and wipe trough your face...and there you go, makeup cleaned, dirt cleaned (there's no need to wash your face again with water)!! Secondly, it's water base, so, basically I don't have to worry about pore-clogging problem as I did with the previous one (Shu Uemura's). Thirdly, the smell...so fresh and fruity...while clearing of your makeups, it seems to clear of your stress and tiredness of the day too...!!! If to say this product ever has it's fall-short, it'll only be it's not for heavy makeups, so people, if you're going for heavy and waterproof makeups, this will not suit your demands. This product does really work for me, and I'm glad that I've found it!!!

How I Like It:
This, would be what we call a lucky-shot product. This eye makeup remover doesn't really do a good job by removing mascaras (waterproof or non-waterproof). But I still like it, cause nowadays I just didn't seemed to bother to put on my mascara. And although it didn't work well with mascaras, it still does do good by removing makeups around the eye area...I mean real light makeup like powder or foundations. I can't promise whether it'll work well with eyeshadows or eyeliners (cause I don't use them). Overall, it's just being a lucky-shot product afterall.

This would be And yea, one of the most convenient products...as simple as use and throw!! It does removes makeups effectively, but not as effective as the right below (Mavala's) one. Overall, it's an 'ok' product. It's easy to keep/bring around, product may always be kept hygienic, and therefore, great for travelling purpose...!!

How I Like It:
This is a very similar product as the above (Novartis), yet works more effectively than the above...probably it's because the pads are more oily. It's packaging makes it quite a convenient thing to bring around, just that make sure your hands are clean before touching it, you'll never want dirt to fall on the others. Everything is in one container without saperation, so it's a hit it or not thing. Just be careful and things would be fine...

I'm just one of those girls whose lips are always dry and crack...well, bleeding does sometimes appear but not that often nowadays because I had just no choice but to make it a habit by bringing a lip balm with me wherever I go. I've seen a lot of them and tried quite a number of them, and here, I'm just going to list them down.

As I have seriously dry lips, the sales girl recommended me to go for the natural taste, so I can't really tell how the taste would be like on the lips. But natural does fine with me, I would always love to put this lip balm on whenever I leave my house...just one thing, the packaging...although it does say in it's website that it's easy and convenient to bring out, I don't think so...it's just such a 'bubble'!! But overall, I would definitely recommend it to guys and gals that have the same problem as me, dry and cracked lips.

T'estimo Lip Pure Essence
A lip essence with apricot extract

How I Like It:
Well, just have to apologize here...there are not many informations of this product online, and the only info I got is that this lip essence is mainly made with apricot seed oil. Among all the lip care product that I've used, I love this the best!! Why? Basically, it has a really rich texture to moisturise lips and it's colourless. Anything more amazing? Yea, this product is such a special product where while it's colorless it gives you a good looking color on your lips...!!! ...erm...meaning to say it'll makes your lips glow with radiance in your original lip colour!! I often bring this small tube in my bag and bring it wherever I go (especially shopping), and after eating, comes my 'ritual habit' to put on this lip essence. Guess what? People around me will come asking me what lip gloss I've put on and what's the color. It protects, moisturizes and enhances my lips so much that somehow, sometimes, it makes me feel so proud about my natural lip colour!!!

Finally here comes the famous body shop lip balm! I would say that this product is definitely my favorite lip balm during school days. It has a rich texture and fruity flavor (which I was seriously in love with) always kept me fresh and alert in the early morning...and most importantly, it faithfully kept my lips moisturize till recess. This is not bad an op, IF I've not started with T'estimo lip pure essence.

Wow...you know what? I never knew Body Shop's Vitamin E Lip Care Stick has so much essential ingredients in it!! Since now I know, maybe I should try to look at it differently. But anyway, according to my past experience with this product, I could only say "I don't really like it..." It doesn't have the rich texture that the others have, and it barely kept my lips moisturized enough from keeping the cracks away from them. No offense though...and since now I know that there are so many essential ingredients in it, maybe I could just use it under my lip balm...? ...but that would be wow...layers of lip balms...hehe...

I don't really have much comment on this product. It seems to be just an 'ok' product that I neither fancy or dislike, but will never be in my consideration as into a lip care. It seemed to be more like a make up rather than lip care, but it's fragrance is surely a selling point of it. Packaging wise, I do think it's quite cute and tiny, easy to bring around, and the price seems reasonable too.

Well, erm...this is a hard to comment product. To simplify everything, I could only say that I basically LOVE the first bottle and was force to give up the second bottle.While using the first bottle, everything was fine, my hair was smooth and less split ends seems to appear. I love it so much that I went back for the second bottle, was fine in the beginning, but later, my scalp got seriously oily whenever I use it. So...at the end, I just have to give up on it and look for my next conditioner. Guess this would be one of the best conditioner option if only on dry scalp or hair.

How I Like It:
This is my third favourite foundation primer right after Paul & Joe's Protective Foundation Primer SPF 30 (this is my second favourite currently), and Biotherm's WHITE DETOX EXTRA Make-up Base (quality wise, it's my first choice!! Just that it's a bit pricy...). It's quite a nice foundation primer that has all the vitamins and minerals to help protect your skin, and it does do a good primer job by keeping my skin 'fresh and flawless throughout the day'. Just one thing, it doesn't have any sunscreen propertise in it, as I have said before that I really don't like applying another layer of sunscreen on my face, and that's the only reason it lost the 'competition' to Paul & Joe.

And of course, after using it, you'll feel your whole body fresh, clean, relaxed, replenished and you'll smell good. I love using it after long overnights (when I have to sacrifice my sleep for work for almost 24 hours or more), it makes me feel so comfortably relaxed, fresh, cleansed, and pampered...more upon that, it's aromatic smell does do a great job in putting me comfortably and soundfully in bed. Simply love it!! Strongly recommend for almost everyone!!!

TNS Alluminium-Free Deodorant

How I Like It:
Well, although this deoddorant does win a few awards (FHM Grooming Awards 2005 - Best Deodorant, and CLEO Beauty Hall Of Fame 2006 - Best Deodorant Spray), but it just didn't appeal to me. First of all, I don't like the smell of it, secondly, it doesn't really get to keep me feeling 'clean, dry, fresh and comfortable'. And yea, it may have some great ingredients that have great functions, but sad to say, I don't appreciate them as much.

Vichy's Normaderm Night Chrono-Action Anti-Imperfection Hydrating Care
Well, just here again to write a product intro and my personal review on my currently favorite night moisturizer.
And here's basically why the reason:
Night moisturizers or night cream that I've used in the past always cause my
face to appear oily just after a few hours I applied them. And as
usual, friends and family members around me will be seeing me with my
'beloved' oil blotting paper either in my hands or on my face. Well,
you know, it's quite an irritating situation where you have to be with
your oil blotting paper everywhere you go. Oily face doesn't only makes
you look shiny-bright, give you inconveniences, but also cause oil
seeds to appear and pores to enlarge (that's why I have so visible
pores now). So, seeing that as a big big problem, I started hunting
around for good and problem-solving products, and here, I found one!! After
using this night moisturizer, my skin is no more oily at night (or
whenever I use it), pores started to appear finer and oil seeds tend to
appear less visible. I no more have to bring my oil blotter paper
everywhere I go anymore!! It's just such an amazing product!!! ...and yea, the best part, after applying it, because it's so easy to be absorb into the skin, you'll feel absolutely
nothing on the skin, fresh and soothing, as if you've never put on any
cream on!!!
Unclogs
and tightens pores while you sleep. Contains pore-targeting technology
and Zincadone Aâ„¢ to act on pores to minimize appearance and help refine
skin’s texture.
During the night your oil glands produce the
sebum you will need for the following day. At night, sometimes an

Well, you know, just been to this MalaysianBabes forum (http://www.malaysianbabes.net/forum/forums.html) and saw some reviews and questions about Paul & Joe. Well, of course not the whole forum is discussing about it, just a section, but that topic did remind me of my favorite products of Paul & Joe (since nowadays I'm so into Clarins...). So, just here back again with my personal review...
Well, sad to say that I can't really get their ingredients from the net and...basically I've put their cases into the trash for recycle purpose. So...here we go:

What I Like About It:
A foundation primer with SPF30, you know what that means? There's no need to put on additional sunscreen!! Haha...that's the best part of it. I don't really like to put any sunscreen products on my face, they makes my face feel oily, sticky and heavy (no matter what the whichever-brand commercial say, I don't feel any difference with any of the brands). Additionally, this foundation primer did really do a good job by covering some of my pores and make my face look smoother than it usually does.

What I Like About It:
Firstly, I love it's bottle, especially the cap...hehe...I seriously recommend this toner to people who are too busy, too forgetful, or even too lazy (my case) to exfoliate their face at least once a week. This toner will help you exfoliate (or clean) your skin daily if you use it faithfully (daily twice). Of course, it is still recommended to exfoliate your skin at least once a week, but if you're too lazy (or whatever your excuses are), this would be a great product to substitute your exfoliating products.

Caution: Well, I have to admit that I just only did try the first bottle (Mavala's), and it does work really well. Just quite visibly, my eyelashes have grown long in just a few weeks!!! It's just simply amazing and have full satisfactory results!!! The sencond bottle is put there just because I 'heard' it does really works...and yea, I know, hearing doesn't give a good testimony, so it's up to you all who are interested to try on. Well, I do really hear good reviews on the second bottle, so no harm trying, I think... (I've longed to try it...just that the price is a bit pricy for me...)

Constructing the Beauty that Endures
As a girl, living on this planet is not always easy...We would always have a lot of problems to face, a lot of difficulties to overcome, a lot of dreams to make them come true, a lot of weird theory to accept (as the world does), a lot of fresh ideas to come up with, a lot to gab about, and lots and lots of of decisions to make...!!! You can never imagine what a complicated and polluted world we're living in right now...
Problems do always occur to us in life (and that will be forever), and we often either find others to settle the problems for us, get people to solve the problem with us, or we can choose to bravely stand up face the problem ourselves.
